Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in New Westminster, BC. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service and guidance in selecting fragrances that resonate with their style and preferences. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining product displays, assisting with inventory, processing transactions, and contributing to the store's warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, you will be an ambassador for Aromatica's values of self-expression and craftsmanship, helping to build lasting customer relationships and fostering a love for fine fragrances.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or fragrances.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities, including inventory management and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Passion for fragrances, self-expression, and creating personalized customer experiences.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
