Jewelry Trade Show Assistant

About the Role

Heera Moti an established B2B fine jewelry company exhibiting at select U.S. and Canadian jewelry trade shows throughout the year. We are seeking a professional, energetic, and reliable Trade Show Assistant / B2B Marketing Representative to support our team during scheduled trade show dates.

This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury, sales, or trade shows, who is confident engaging with retail buyers and representing a brand in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and daily organization
• Professionally present and showcase jewelry collections to retail buyers
• Engage buyers with clear, confident, and positive communication
• Support the launch and promotion of new B2B product lines
• Capture buyer interest, feedback, and basic lead information
• Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Handle jewelry carefully and securely at all times
• Follow all brand guidelines and security procedures
• Support senior team members during active sales conversations
• Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Schedule & Commitment

• Contract / per-show basis
• Advance notice provided for each event
• Availability for multiple shows preferred
• Some workdays may be long and high-energy

Compensation

• Competitive daily rate based on experience
• Travel days paid at a reduced rate where applicable
• Performance-based bonuses may be available
