What Is UBILD?

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a vision and solution-driven person with a passion for working with people to join our core team to help shape the future of the construction industry. Being hardworking, outgoing, communicative, and personable are key traits of a BILDR Pro in order to effectively work with crews and clients on-site.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to develop their skills and gain further experience on a variety of different construction projects. Responsibilities

* Will demonstrate skills in the safe operation of hand and power tools

* Show vast experience completing renovations and doing fix-up/patchwork

* Assists with demolition and debris disposal when needed

* Be well experienced in preparing material take-offs and reading blueprints

* Set up and take down of poly containment and drop sheets to accommodate work

* Advanced experience in wood and steel stud framing application

* Advanced experience in finish carpentry skills including cutting and installing wood framing, trim baseboard, casing, doors, frames, and sheathing

* Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite

* Provide excellent customer service

* Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines

* Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information

* Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment

* Comply with all UBILD policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements

* Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person

* This role could be required to act as a "lead" periodically as designated by their manager
