What you'll do:
We are seeking a Corporate Project Lead to drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational priorities. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project management for corporate system implementations and improvements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify process gaps, and implement technology solutions that improve service delivery and organizational effectiveness. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong project management expertise, business analysis skills, and a passion for facilitating change across diverse teams.
- Project Management: You'll lead end-to-end management of corporate system projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Business Analysis: You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and align with organizational goals.
- Change Facilitation & Engagement: You'll drive cross-functional collaboration, provide training, and support adoption of new systems and processes to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

- Our non-negotiables: You have a post-secondary diploma in Computer Science, Accounting, Business/Public Administration or a related field
- Experience: You a minimum of three (3) years' related progressive experience, preferably in a municipal environment. Formal certification in the field (Project Management certification, Certified Business Analyst Professional or Lean Six Sigma Certification) is not required, but would be considered an asset for this position.
- Skills: You have a proven ability to lead complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and technical systems. You understand database systems, data integration, and reporting tools, and can apply that knowledge to deliver effective solutions. You excel at facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring collaboration and successful outcomes. You're comfortable working in a dynamic office environment and are prepared to attend meetings, conferences, and occasional emergency situations that may occur outside regular business hours.
