We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to provide casual or temporary administrative support to academic and operational departments. Assignments may vary in duration (typically 4 weeks or less) and scope, depending on departmental needs.

Position Summary:
Successful candidates will assist with a range of administrative, clerical, or financial clerk duties to support daily operations. These roles are ideal for individuals who are organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Duties May Include:

  • Providing general office support such as reception, scheduling, and correspondence

  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and spreadsheets

  • Maintaining and updating records, databases, or filing systems

  • Assisting with purchasing, invoicing, and expense processing

  • Supporting meetings, events, or departmental communications

  • Other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
