Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

  • Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction process, including carpentry, masonry, and electrical work
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
  • Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Experience

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is required
  • Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
