We are an established apparel sourcing and manufacturing consultancy working with fashion and consumer brands globally. The business is now expanding into collaboration-based projects and a
product line.

Role Overview

This role supports both existing consultancy operations and the launch of a product line. You will work directly with the founder to ensure sales opportunities move forward, projects stay on track, and issues are identified early. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to commercial activity and operations — and who wants to grow with a business over time.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

  • Follow up on warm leads and inbound inquiries
  • Track sales opportunities and proposal status
  • Prepare quotes and basic proposals using provided inputs
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients

Project & Supplier Coordination

  • Track active projects and timelines
  • Follow up with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Flag delays, risks, or issues early
  • Ensure information flows clearly between all parties

Operational Support

  • Maintain simple trackers for sales and projects
  • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies
  • Help document processes as needed

Product Line Division Support

  • Assist with supplier outreach and comparisons
  • Organize pricing, MOQs, and lead times
  • Support sample tracking and preparation for initial inventory

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in fashion, apparel, manufacturing, or consumer goods (preferred)
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Interested in growing with a business long-term

Compensation

  • Hourly rate (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to closed deals and operational milestones
