Job Summary:

As a
Production Coordinator
, you will be a vital link between our internal teams and overseas suppliers, ensuring smooth and timely production for our wholesale partners. Reporting to the
Production Director
, this role involves
managing timelines, evaluating QC, supporting logistics
, and helping drive the success of day-to-day production operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production timelines and maintain critical path for all orders

Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors to ensure timely deliveries

Track and follow up on purchase orders, approvals, and shipping schedules

Manage incoming overseas parcel shipments and verify documentation

Handle daily FedEx shipments (samples, documents, pickups, drop-offs)

Maintain and update internal systems for production follow-ups

Generate and issue purchase orders accurately and on time

Organize and manage all production files and documentation

Support costing processes and assist with sample management alongside design & production teams

Troubleshoot production issues: delays, quality concerns, compliance matters

Work closely with internal departments — Design, Tech, Logistics, Sales

Ensure compliance with
Costco and other retail partner
packaging and quality standards


Qualifications:


3–5 years of experience
in production coordination within the apparel or consumer goods industry

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable communicating with overseas vendors and managing international timelines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
