Job description

We currently have a full-time position available for a Service Technician Apprentice at our Woodstock location with startup tool allowance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a contagious can-do attitude in the workplace. Must be able to provide immediate solutions to problems and take the initiative to seek a resolution. This job requires physical strength, including heavy lifting, frequent bending, and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Responsible for repairing all assigned vehicles according to estimates and within timeframes
  • Complete repair order documentation and record keeping
  • Use and maintain tools and equipment properly
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of the progress of the repairs and, communicate with the parts department to obtain the required parts as needed
  • Keep personal workspace organized and return tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas
  • Work in a high-volume environment and follow all company safety procedures
  • Work as a team, both individually and with other mechanics

Qualifications:

  • We are considering Apprentices for this position – training provide
  • Applicant must be extremely quality minded with a strong work ethic
  • Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Overtime possible
