Our Project Consultants are a critical role helping us to redefine excellence in exterior home design by creating stress-free and enjoyable experiences for our customers through personalized service. With several years of experience in the construction industry—specifically exterior finishing—you understand the processes, materials, and best practices required to guide homeowners with confidence and accuracy.

OBJECTIVES:

Objective 1: Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide honest, transparent communication throughout the entire sales and project process, ensuring homeowners feel informed and confident.
• Conduct thorough on-site assessments, capturing accurate measurements, photos, and customer expectations.
• Guide homeowners through product options, design choices, and project timelines, ensuring they feel supported from estimate to final walkthrough.

Objective 2: Achieve Consistent and Profitable Sales Performance

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate proposals using Stellar Exteriors' pricing tools while maintaining competitive and profitable margins.
• Follow up promptly with all leads, maintain strong pipeline management, and close projects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain detailed, organized CRM records for every lead and project, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and clear communication across all departments.

Objective 3: Support Smooth, Efficient Project Execution

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Production Team to hand off complete job files, including photos, notes, measurements, and special instructions.
• Conduct site visits when needed to verify scope changes, answer homeowner questions, and ensure alignment with the Stellar Standard.
• Identify risks, missing details, or potential issues early and communicate proactively to avoid delays, callback, and cost overruns.
