Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service through phone and email by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare customer quotes with precise pricing.
- Schedule deliveries or pickups, ensuring smooth and timely logistics.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers on delivery instructions and ETAs.
- Handle general office tasks like filing, scanning, order processing, and invoicing.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace.
- Participate in exciting industry events like trade shows.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable transportation is a must (no nearby bus routes).
- Previous experience in Sales & Office settings is preferred, with bonus points for turf or landscaping backgrounds.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Solid mathematical skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
