Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Expert, located in Toronto, ON. The Technical Support Expert will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer issues, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication abilities
- Customer Support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with video surveillance systems is a plus
Core Skills:
- Strong communication skills, ability to work and communicate with customers
- Strong experience with
AWS deployment
and cloud infrastructure management. - Proficiency in
Ansible
— capable of writing, maintaining, and executing
playbooks
. - Solid understanding of
Linux base commands
and system administration. - Experience with
Kubernetes
for container orchestration and management. - Linux administration
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with
K3s
and
CEPH
. - Ability to communicate effectively in
Spanish
(spoken and written).
