Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Expert, located in Toronto, ON. The Technical Support Expert will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer issues, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication abilities
  • Customer Support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with video surveillance systems is a plus

Core Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to work and communicate with customers
  • Strong experience with 
    AWS deployment
     and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in 
    Ansible
     — capable of writing, maintaining, and executing 
    playbooks
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    Linux base commands
     and system administration.
  • Experience with 
    Kubernetes
     for container orchestration and management.
  • Linux administration

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with 
    K3s
     and 
    CEPH
    .
  • Ability to communicate effectively in 
    Spanish
     (spoken and written).
