Job Summary
ReGen Holistc Therapies is seeking for a full time Admin/Clinic Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our fun, compassionate, positive and friendly team. We are small team of alternative health practitioners that work closely with one another to get patients feeling their best.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and practitioners coordination to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities such as bookkeeping, financial management, billing processes including collecting account receivables.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using medical terminology and medical administrative support best practices; oversee medical records management and ensure confidentiality.
- Implement process improvements for office management tasks including inventory control, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance to support seamless clinic functions.
- To ensure that clinic operations are efficient, professional and organized
- Plan scheduling of staff and shift coverage, ensuring staffing requirements meet demand levels
- Assist in the hiring process of contractors.
What we look for:
- you must have a 2+ years prior experience working in a management role
- you must have a 1+ year of JANE App experience.
- you must have 1+ year experience with direct billing
- you must have a 1+ year experience liaising with ICBC and WorkSafeBC and billing
- you must be customer service oriented and a people person
- you fluently speak English and Tagalog ( Filipino)
- Able to delegate tasks as needed and improve team productivity
- Able to provide positive feedback to staff and provide them with tips and strategies to assist in increasing their productivity and reducing errors
- you must have a proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting.
- Strong supervisory background with demonstrated success managing teams.
- Experience with fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes.
- you must have a familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology and medical records management.
