Full job description

About the Role:

  • Receives and stocks product in the warehouse
  • Pick and stage daily stock orders
  • Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment
  • Matching product to Packing Slip & PO, confirming accuracy
  • Ensures inventory is accurate and locations are correctly labeled
  • Communicates daily inventory discrepancies to Supervisor
  • Ensures second verification is completed for all picked orders for accuracy on parts and paperwork
  • Communicates with Supply Administrator for reordering
  • Completes cycle counts as designated by supervisor
  • Hand in daily pick list to Supply Administrator to enter picks against stock order lines to ensure inventory is relieved from inventory
  • Prepares inventory for upcoming work orders
  • Completes all paperwork and documentation required
  • Ensures warehouse is stocked, clean and organized

Who We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's License is required
  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience
  • Forklift experience is an asset
  • A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • A highly motivated individual who has had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
  • The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
  • The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer literate
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
