We are currently hiring 1 Full Time Housekeeping Lead to support our growing team. This is a supervisory position ideal for someone with strong hotel housekeeping experience, a natural ability to lead others, and availability on weekends and select weekdays. We are seeking someone with the flexibility and resilience to handle a fast-paced, sometimes challenging hotel environment.

Applicants must have previous experience in hotels or a similar cleaning setting, and should be comfortable guiding others, leading by example, and supporting the department manager. If you're looking for a team-driven role that combines hands-on cleaning with leadership, this might be for you.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Lead, you'll work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to maintain high cleanliness standards, coordinate daily tasks, and guide team members through shifts. You'll play a key role in upholding our reputation for guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms and public spaces meet brand and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support room attendants, housepersons, and public area staff during shifts
  • Perform inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring readiness and quality control
  • Lead by example, assist with cleaning rooms when required, especially during high-volume periods
  • Support training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
  • Monitor linen, supplies, and cleanliness checklists
  • Communicate with the front desk and maintenance to resolve guest or room issues promptly
  • Enforce health & safety procedures, including chemical handling and cart setup
  • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment while holding others accountable

  • Clear communicator with a professional, hands-on leadership style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
