Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
  • Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
  • Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding hygiene, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light loads
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
