Job Overview

We are posting requirement for two roles

1) One is at desk auto parts operator who is good at computer and some usage of software like Carrus or any autoparts software in order to help take calls from customers and garage and search and process the order. Some training will be provided , however should already be proficient with computer and phone skills pref English and Punjabi speaking

2) Another role is for outside sales person with own car to create more sales for our automotive products for now and later we will add more industry products

Some more qualification and skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, dealership experience, or automotive parts, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Bilingual abilities and proficiency with POS systems are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Duties

  • Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service to understand their needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting products or services that meet their requirements, leveraging marketing and sales techniques.
  • Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments securely.
  • Maintain organized product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and sales reporting.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new products to boost sales.

Skills

  • Proven auto sales or parts experience, retail sales, or preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base are a plus. Especially English and Punjabi
  • Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain displays, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales management principles to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Good math skills for handling transactions accurately and calculating discounts or payments.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette for engaging with clients over the phone professionally.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a high level of customer service excellence.
