*Mandarin speaking required. Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to speak Cantonese.

  1. Answer \ phone calls from the company, reply emails, receive faxes, and contact customers and lawyers at any time.

  2. Copying, faxing, binding and scanning of documents.

  3. Translate the documents provided by the guests and input some data (between Chinese and English).

  4. Arrange appointment time and communicate frequently, such as court, company, customer, etc.

  5. Assist lawyers in reviewing relevant copywriting.

  6. Assist lawyers to complete other daily work as required.

[Job Requirements]

  1. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to speak Cantonese.

  2. Strong communication skills, serious and responsible work.

  3. Basic education, with diploma of law clerk preferred.

  4. Will use MS Office software and Google.

  5. For entry-level departments, employers can provide relevant training to cooperate with immigrants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
