Customer Support Representative – Brampton (Onsite)
Shift
: Wednesday–Friday, 4 PM–2 AM (10-hour shifts)
Pay
: $24–$25 CAD/hour plus overtime
Schedule
: This is a full-time position. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends may be required.
Overview
Our client in the Airline sector is targeting a
Customer Support Representative
to join their growing team. You will be providing on-site support and handling hotel and ground transport bookings, deliver top-tier customer service, and act as a key liaison between the airline and our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel reservations
- Provide prompt, professional responses to airline requests
- Build strong client relationships and resolve issues calmly
- Coordinate with vendors to secure optimal arrangements
- Adapt to changing airline schedules and irregular operations
- Maintain system knowledge and complete required training
Qualifications
- Experience in travel, airline, or hospitality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation systems or GDS preferred
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Second language is an asset*
