We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating information in the system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, aiming for resolution and positive outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.90 per hour

Work Location: In person
