Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating information in the system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, aiming for resolution and positive outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
