Website & E-Commerce Coordinator (Wix)

Ethereal is seeking a creative and detail-driven individual to support the ongoing design, functionality, and brand experience of our online presence. This role blends website updates, e-commerce support, packaging design, and light creative work — perfect for someone who loves beautiful design and enjoys bringing ideas to life through execution.

ResponsibilitiesWebsite & E-Commerce

  • Update and refine the aesthetic of our existing Wix website
  • Maintain product uploads, layout updates, collections, and seasonal edits
  • Manage backend organization of the online shop
  • Ensure proper Wix–Square syncing for product visibility and availability
  • Support blog posting and contribute content ideas
  • Ensure the site consistently reflects Ethereal's brand identity

Brand & Packaging Design

  • Assist with packaging design (labels, product cards, inserts, seasonal packaging)
  • Create simple, on-brand graphics for web, print, and digital use
  • Support visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Bonus: ability to capture and edit clean product or lifestyle images

Creative & Operational Support

  • Support e-commerce workflows and order packaging organization
  • Maintain digital brand assets (photos, graphics, files)
  • Collaborate on visual updates, promotions, and seasonal concepts

Requirements

  • Experience working in Wix or Wix Studio (required)
  • Graphic design skills, including packaging or print design
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Familiarity with Square POS, including inventory organization, updates, and Wix–Square syncing
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong design eye
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Bonus: photography, retouching, or content creation experience

Additional Skills (Asset)

  • Basic SEO
  • Blog writing or light copywriting
  • Photo/video editing
  • Mailchimp email marketing
