We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platforms and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and web development tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth through innovative online initiatives, optimize user experience, and enhance brand visibility across various digital channels.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee website content management using WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS editing for design updates and enhancements.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote new products or sales events.
  • Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, advertisements, and email campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create compelling visual content that aligns with branding strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce technology to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Manage SQL databases for product data management and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong understanding of online sales channels.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Email marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in web development tools such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management and customization.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and the broader Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, branding, and user experience enhancements. This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead innovative e-commerce initiatives while leveraging their technical expertise in digital marketing tools and web development platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,222.74-$82,049.37 per year
