To support our continued growth, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounting & Processing Coordinator to support both financial operations and business processing functions.

What You'll Do to Excel

Accounting & Finance Support

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations
• Ensure accurate data entry, timely updates, and maintenance of financial databases
• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
• Generate, retrieve, and review commission statements and financial reports
• Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems for financial transactions
• Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, CRM systems, and industry platforms

Processing & Operations Support

• Manage licensing and contracting applications for advisors
• Process business transactions and track compliance requirements
• Implement industry protocols through CRM and operational systems
• Provide administrative support for advisor services, office operations, training sessions, and events
• Coordinate with product carriers, vendors, and business partners
• Ensure timely follow-ups, appointments, and documentation

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, partners, and carriers
• Provide professional, responsive, and accurate support to high-performing advisors
