Opportunity KnocksAs a Strategic Markets Sales Support professional, you'll play a key role in supporting our national Strategic Markets Division. You'll partner with internal sales teams, specialists, and branch leaders to ensure a seamless experience for our group customers — from onboarding and procurement through post-sale support and reporting. This role blends customer service, data management, and process improvement in a dynamic, bilingual environment.
Your Impact- Coordinate onboarding for new DSO groups, ensuring a smooth transition and positive customer experience.
- Manage procurement portals, process orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update national master lists, tenders, and customer records for all Strategic Market groups.
- Collaborate with sales consultants and branch leaders to prepare tender submissions ahead of deadlines.
- Support internal stakeholders with product information, code matching, promotions, and substitution reporting.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of contract pricing.
- Partner with the Strategic Markets operations team to execute process improvement initiatives.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives through the creation and coordination of customer communications.
- Provide bilingual support (English/French) for all Strategic Markets inquiries and documentation.
To thrive in this role, you bring:
- University degree or college diploma (Business, STEM, or Law/Paralegal an asset)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- A customer-first mindset with professionalism and approachability
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to think independently while supporting cross-functional teams

Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de vente, les spécialistes et les responsables de succursales afin d'assurer une expérience client fluide et professionnelle — de l'intégration initiale à la gestion des commandes et du service après-vente. Ce poste combine le service à la clientèle, la gestion de données et l'amélioration continue des processus dans un environnement bilingue et dynamique.
Votre impact- Coordonner l'intégration des nouveaux groupes DSO afin d'assurer une transition harmonieuse et une expérience client positive.
- Gérer les portails d'approvisionnement et traiter les commandes, factures et notes de crédit avec exactitude et efficacité.
- Tenir à jour les listes maîtresses, les appels d'offres et les dossiers clients des marchés stratégiques à l'échelle nationale.
- Collaborer avec les consultants en vente et les responsables de succursales pour préparer les soumissions avant les échéances.
- Soutenir les équipes internes avec les renseignements produits, les équivalences de codes, les promotions et les rapports de substitution.
- Contribuer à l'administration et à la mise à jour des prix contractuels.
- Travailler avec l'équipe des opérations des marchés stratégiques pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration des processus.
- Appuyer les activités de marketing et de vente en créant et en coordonnant les communications clients.
- Fournir un soutien bilingue (anglais et français) pour toutes les demandes et la documentation liées aux marchés stratégiques.
Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous possédez :
- Un diplôme universitaire ou collégial (commerce, sciences, ou droit/parajuridique, un atout)
- De solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles avec une grande attention aux détails
- Une maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel
- D'excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, en anglais et en français
- Une approche axée sur le client, empreinte de professionnalisme et d'amabilité
- La capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des échéances serrées
- De l'autonomie, de la rigueur et un esprit d'initiative pour soutenir les équipes interfonctionnelles
