KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing activities and strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to analyze trends, pricing, and positioning of competitors' products and services.
  • Manage and maintain online sales operations on client platforms, including product listings, promotions, and updates.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize sales performance data and customer feedback from client platforms to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments—including production, logistics, and customer service—to ensure accurate order processing and on-time shipment.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator or in a similar sales support/marketing role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
