Job Requirements

Technical Skills


• 3–5 years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues while maintaining compliance with hardware warranties and customer security policies.


• Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.


• Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN environments and ability to perform smart-hand activities on-site.


• Capability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Expertise in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and preferably MAC/Linux OS.


• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.


• Experience providing smart-hand support for networking and peripheral devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, monitors, scanners, etc.


• Strong deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills for system and network issues, including end-user cabling.


• Experience in problem management and repeat call analysis to identify preventive actions.


• Familiar with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.


• Preferred qualifications: Associate Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification (other OEM certifications like Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo are a plus).
