In addition, Gastops provides simulation, remote monitoring, diagnostic, and laboratory services to support customers' needs.

Gastops is currently seeking a Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility will be to drive growth by identifying, developing and managing business within the Wind Energy sector.

What You'll Do:

1) Industry and Product Expertise

  • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies relevant to Gastops' products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of Gastops' solutions to effectively communicate their value to partners and customers.

2) Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new sales or partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee all stages of sales, from lead development to account management.
  • Represent Gastops at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to network, generate leads, stay informed on market trends, and promote company solutions
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

3) Collaboration & Sales Development

  • Work closely with product and technical teams to develop tailored solutions, address customer challenges, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and collateral.

4) Travel

  • Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to engage with new and existing customers, fostering relationships and driving business growth.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about the future of wind energy, ideally with an understanding of condition monitoring, operations and maintenance.

What You Should Bring:

  • Degree in a technical discipline or relevant field experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales or applications experience, ideally in wind or other industrial sectors.
  • Experience in condition monitoring as well as operations and maintenance within the wind industry is considered beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated passion for success, with a proactive and results-driven approach to business development
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
