This role is ideal for a researcher who thrives at the intersection of data science, urban analytics, and AI-driven decision systems.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Research Design
- Develop and refine methodologies for collecting real estate, zoning, economic, demographic, and infrastructure datasets.
- Build scalable processes for integrating structured and unstructured data into UnlockLand's AI models.
- Define sampling methods, validation approaches, and statistical protocols to ensure high data integrity.
Statistical Analysis & Modeling
- Analyze large-scale geospatial and development datasets to identify trends, correlations, and predictive patterns.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to support feasibility scoring, risk modeling, and scenario forecasting.
- Work closely with AI engineers to improve model accuracy, training data quality, and output explainability.
Insights & Communication
- Translate complex research findings into clear insights for internal teams, enterprise clients, and government partners.
- Prepare analytical summaries, charts, and briefs for executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to shape data-driven features and new intelligence modules.
Ideal Profile
- Strong foundation in statistics, econometrics, data analytics, or quantitative research.
- Experience working with large datasets—preferably in real estate, urban planning, economics, or geospatial analysis.
- Familiarity with predictive modelling, statistical testing, or machine learning workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for AI, PropTech, and using data to transform how cities plan and grow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,633.84-$119,621.59 per year
