Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled chairside Dental Assistant Level 2 to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Educate patients on post-operative care.
- Maintain the dental operatory.
- Taking impressions and digital scans
- Lab procedures including CEREC technology
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Level 2 Chairside Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification for both Dental Assisting Level 2 and NDAEB are mandatory
