As our Property Maintenance Handyman, you'll manage multiple sites, juggle contractors, and make sure our teams always have a great place to work and our guests a great place to visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvements across all Northern Roads locations.
  • Completing all landscaping and snowplowing.
  • Scheduling and supervising vendors (and knowing the good ones by name).
  • Managing preventative maintenance for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Keeping us compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Supporting renovations and special projects — big or small.
  • Tracking expenses, providing receipts, and verifying work completed.
  • Responding quickly to facility issues (and preventing them before they happen).
  • Being the friendly, reliable point of contact for all things facilities
  • Running errands, supporting dealer trades, washing vehicles, etc. during down time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years in facilities or property management (automotive, commercial, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
  • Great organization, communication, and people skills.
  • A valid G driver's license, clean abstract, and ability to travel between sites in the Niagara Region.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work independently.
  • A hands-on mindset and a sense of pride in the spaces you maintain.
