We manage a wide variety of residential and commercial properties and carry out light contracting work. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and confident handling day-to-day repairs across multiple trades.

Full-Time contract Maintenance Worker

Location:

We manage properties in Barrie, Waverly, Waubashene, Midland and Collingwood.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial properties
  • Handle a variety of tasks including plumbing, framing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general handyman work
  • Respond to scheduled work orders as well as urgent/emergency calls
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify issues proactively
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with tenants, owners, and team members
  • Document completed work and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Must have your own tools, including:
  • Drill, impact driver, saw
  • Basic plumbing tools (adjustable wrench, pipe tools, etc.)
  • Basic electrical tools (voltage/power tester, wire strippers, etc.)
  • Valid G driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing
  • Framing/carpentry
  • Basic electrical
  • General property maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be available for general maintenance needs 7 days a week as required (rotating schedule)
  • After-hours and emergency calls are billed at double time
