FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Internal

Manage daily and period end accounting using Sage 300

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Manage HR and payroll processes
  • Manage reporting to stakeholders and governments

External

Manage FYE external reporting for a variety of clients of our public accounting practice using Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep T1 and T2

  • Manage external accounting using a variety of accounting software such as Sage 300, Quickbooks, and Sage 50
  • Small business support of all the above software for internal and external clients

Other

Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Licenced CPA
  • Licensed Public Accountant
  • 5+ years Controller experience
  • Canadian tax and compliance experience
  • MS Excel, Word, Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Independent and team oriented worker
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines for multiple projects

Salary

$90,000 Commensurate with ability and experience

In person - Thornhill, Ontario
