About us

Decolonial Clothing is an Indigenous-owned and operated clothing company based on Turtle Island (also known as Canada). Position Overview:

We're looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Vancouver. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive high-quality, timely orders while maintaining the flow of our in-house production. You'll work closely with the Operations and Production Managers to keep our fulfillment and inventory systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack, fulfill, and ship customer orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and restock as needed
  • Assist with production (tagging, pressing, folding garments)
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager and Production Manager about inventory, custom orders, and fulfillment needs
  • Provide friendly, professional communication with customers about their orders
  • Stay updated on shipping logistics, courier changes, tariffs, and related requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Shopify experience is required
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Previous warehouse, production, or fulfillment experience is an asset
