Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced, positive, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Breakfast Cook.

As a Breakfast Cook, you are responsible for food cooking /preparation and ensuring tidiness within the kitchen. You will also handle deli prep tasks, including preparing soups and stocking sandwiches, bowls and various baked goods.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes & soups for lunch, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Monitor food presentation and ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking preferred.
  • Previous experience in working in a commercial kitchen is required
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and kitchen equipment operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Work requirements

  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Starting early morning
