Maximo Solution Architect

Location : Toronto (requires at least 2 days at onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Architect to design, implement, and support IBM Maximo solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maximo architecture, integrations, and customization, along with experience leading technical teams in delivering enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IBM Maximo architecture and solutions.

  • Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

  • Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to development and support teams.

  • Manage Maximo upgrades, patches, and environment setup.

  • Define and enforce best practices and standards for Maximo implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience with IBM Maximo EAM.

  • Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture, integration frameworks (MIF), and automation scripting.

  • Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and deployment on cloud or hybrid environments preferred.

  • Familiarity with database administration (DB2/Oracle) and WebSphere/WebLogic.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Relevant IBM Maximo certifications are a plus.
