Position Overview

We're looking for an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional service experience—from booking appointments and explaining repairs to coordinating with our technicians and managing repair orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and by phone; listen carefully to their concerns and vehicle needs
  • Schedule service appointments and help manage the daily shop workflow
  • Communicate repair estimates and timelines clearly and professionally
  • Prepare and review work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication
  • Process payments, warranty claims, and maintain service records
  • Promote maintenance services and recommend solutions based on vehicle needs
  • Uphold our commitment to transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Counter Representative, or Customer Service role in the automotive industry preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology
  • Comfortable with computer systems and shop management software
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
