Wayne Toyota is looking to add to our current finance team to help support our growing dealership. The Financial Services Advisor (also known as a Business or F&I Manager) is responsible for all the sales contracts, financing of deals, sale of aftermarket products, such as extended warranty, insurance, accessories, etc. The individual in this position must be knowledgeable in the areas of vehicle leasing and financing; as well as the completion of the appropriate contracts and have knowledge of credit risk management.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Confidently explain all finance and protection products to our customers and team members, building value through education and trust
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and leadership team to consistently meet and/or exceed dealership targets
  • Submits financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
  • Work with a variety of software programs during customer interactions and with a variety of business partners
  • Ability to critically think through challenging situations with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
  • Represent Wayne Toyota with integrity and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager, Finance Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry or sales industry
  • Passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Strong knowledge of finance, insurance and dealership operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work Saturdays as part of regular schedule
  • Valid OMVIC Certification (or willingness to get one)
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • Provide a criminal background check and driver's abstract
