About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Bookkeeping Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, experience with daily bookkeeping, and is able to support financial operations across multiple related companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Prepare AP/AR, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations
  • Monthly closing, journal entries, adjusting entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, project cost allocations
  • Assist controller with year-end documentation
  • Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and management
  • Other accounting and administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Experience with construction / trading industry is an asset
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Attention to detail, strong responsibility, able to work independently
  • Good English communication and Chinese

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

8 hours per day(9:30–5:30)
