Role Description

The applicant must live either in Penticton, BC or the South Okanagan, be able to drive to in-person programs. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering financial education programs. Day-to-day tasks include organizing workshops, providing coaching to participants, track program outcomes, and collaborating with community partners to ensure the success of the programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program planning and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of financial education principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach/mentor, support, and motivate program participants
  • Proficient in tracking and reporting program details
  • Experience in working with community partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Finance, or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in a non-profit or charitable organization is beneficial
