Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help our clients discover the perfect pieces that reflect their unique style while embodying the elegance and prestige of our brand. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience aligned with our company's expectations, and values.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with personalized service that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
  • Provide expert advice on jewelry, watches, designer handbags, antiques, and fine arts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury in jewellery, watches, handbags or accessories.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of current market trends in luxury goods is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
