Are you a Closer or a Clerk?

We have 100 luxury vehicles sitting on our lot and a lead volume that is outpacing our current team. We are not looking for "order takers" or people to wait by the front door. We are looking for a top 1% Closer who knows how to manage a CRM, hunt for deals, and treat a dealership like their own business.

If you are currently the top producer at your store but feel capped by inventory or management, we need to talk.

The Role

  • Master the CRM: You will live in DealerSocket. If you don't believe in follow-up, don't apply.
  • Luxury Experience: Provide a "white-glove" experience to high-net-worth clients
  • Full Cycle Sales: From initial lead response to delivery. You own the relationship.
  • Inventory Authority: You will be expected to know our 100-car inventory inside and out to pivot clients to the right vehicle.

What You Bring

  • Proven Track Record: You can show us a history of hitting 15+ units per month in a luxury environment.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring. You mine the database, ask for referrals, and work your "lost" leads.
  • Process Driven: You understand that a luxury sale is a process, not an accident.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Toronto/GTA luxury market and buyer expectations.
