Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Concrete Refinishing Estimator & Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete repair, grinding/polishing, epoxy & polyaspartic coatings, and industrial floor restoration. This role combines estimating, client engagement, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site assessments for refinishing, grinding, coating, and repair projects
Create accurate estimates and detailed scopes of work
Prepare proposals, drawings, and material take-offs
Communicate solutions to clients and upsell value-added services
Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate project execution
Track leads, follow up with clients, and maintain CRM records
Build new business relationships with property managers, warehouses, and contractors
Requirements:
Experience in concrete, floor coatings, or construction estimating
Strong understanding of epoxy, polyaspartic, grinding, sealing, and surface-prep methods
Ability to read drawings and measure on site
Excellent communication and sales skills
Valid driver's license
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation:
Competitive salary + commission
