**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications and blueprints.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist in the installation of related materials such as drywall or masonry as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Proficiency in concrete forming techniques and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with hand tools and masonry work is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Pay: $20.39-$35.64 per hour
