Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support FOH staff during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead by example by serving tables, taking orders, and engaging with guests.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling.
- Collaborate with management to drive sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a server; supervisory/lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$29.22 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
