What You'll Do

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting — AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close
  • Manage prepaid, recurring, and unearned revenue under ASC 606
  • Maintain and optimize QuickBooks + ConnectWise integration
  • Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and management reports
  • Build Excel-based models and KPI dashboards
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes
  • Oversee audits, tax filings, and telecom remittance reporting

What You Bring

  • CPA designation (required)
  • 5+ years in accounting or finance
  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, ConnectWise, and advanced Excel
  • Background in recurring revenue, UCaaS, telecom, or SaaS
    • A self-starter and natural leader who thrives in a scaling company

Ce que vous ferez

  • Superviser le cycle comptable complet — comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, paie, rapprochements, clôtures de fin de mois
  • Gérer les revenus payés d'avance, récurrents et non acquis selon la norme ASC 606
  • Maintenir et optimiser l'intégration entre QuickBooks et ConnectWise
  • Préparer les états financiers, prévisions et rapports de gestion
  • Construire des modèles et tableaux de bord KPI sur Excel
  • Diriger la planification budgétaire, les prévisions et l'analyse des écarts
  • Renforcer les contrôles internes et simplifier les processus
  • Superviser les audits, les déclarations fiscales et les rapports de remises télécom

Ce que vous apportez

  • Désignation CPA (obligatoire)
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou en finance
  • Solide expérience pratique avec QuickBooks Online, ConnectWise et Excel avancé
  • Expérience dans les revenus récurrents, UCaaS, télécommunications ou SaaS
