Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individual at his home.The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for clients through personalized care, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or working with people with disabilities is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while developing valuable caregiving skills.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
  • Provide patient care tailored to individual needs, including medication administration and health monitoring
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
  • Follow all safety protocols related to hospice care, senior care, or working with individuals with disabilities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, home care, or hospice care is preferred
  • Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, medication administration, and working with people with disabilities is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is a plus but not required
  • Must be reliable, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care
