Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Edmonton, AB. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and lead teams, develop and implement business strategies, ensure operational efficiency, and achieve financial goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring company performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, and financial management
- Experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for operational and business management
- Ability to work on-site and with diverse teams effectively
- A proven track record with industry experience.
