Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the developmental needs of each child, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and growth.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
  • Engage with children through play, activities, and educational experiences.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the needs of children with disabilities.
  • Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's development.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or related field.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is highly desirable.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
  • Background in caregiving or related experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
