Creative Kids Learning Centers is searching for a permanent full-time Early Childhood Educator for our busy Chilliwack location.

The successful applicant would be required to be a confident ECE educator who has a minimum 2 years experience in the field.

The right candidate must be available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum ECE license to practice
  • 2 years experience minimum in the ECE field
  • First Aid training and current certification
  • 3 letters of Reference
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Strong skills and patience in working with children with challenging behaviours
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of age-appropriate programming and development needs of children
  • Ability to professionally deal with family and parenting issues and needs
  • Knowledge of the broader childcare field and its role in the community
