The Opportunity

BorderPass is transforming how businesses and institutions recruit, manage, and support international talent — with an AI-powered platform that simplifies immigration and workforce mobility. We're now looking for a
GTM Systems Lead
to join our development team and help us build the infrastructure that powers adoption, sales, billing, and growth.

This is a foundational role focused on architecting, building, and scaling the systems that fuel our go-to-market motion — from onboarding and usage tracking to pricing workflows and data pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering, finance, and product to create high-performance tools that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and own key GTM systems across onboarding, usage tracking, pricing workflows, and customer lifecycle automation.
  • Design and build the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) infrastructure that supports evolving business models — including flat-fee, tiered, usage-based, and institutional pricing.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, and BizOps to implement scalable billing, invoicing, and reporting systems — with seamless integration across internal tools and customer touchpoints.
  • Build dashboards, reporting pipelines, and automated processes to drive decision-making across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Own systems-level data integrity across GTM functions; implement tracking and alerting to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in real time; iterate on systems that unlock faster sales cycles and higher usage.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing systems to support GTM operations or developer-driven product growth.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, pricing models, billing systems, and customer data infrastructure.
  • Engineering background (e.g., Python, SQL, or TypeScript) and comfort with building internal tools, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, sales, and legal teams to deploy scalable systems.
  • Product-minded thinking — you care deeply about user flows, system architecture, and solving root problems with clean, maintainable solutions.
  • Strong grasp of data security and governance best practices (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
